Her stats are still not usable, and while the speed penalty allows you to create a thicker line of defense, her cost is way too high. This isn't helped by the release of Mighty Deth-Troy-R which provides the same boost for half the slots for players lucky enough to own it.įlying Ninja Cat becomes slower and cheaper. Unfortunately, even this becomes mostly obsolete once 2 Sm Attack combos are obtained, as they provide a 20% boost to attack instead of just 15% and their units are only a little less accessible ( Tiny Ancient Hunt and Brave Cutter). Though she becomes obsolete for actual use, Ninja Cat is also part of the Cool Japan Cat Combo, which provides a 15% attack boost to all your units this is a very useful Combo and is worth bringing into many stages.

And that is to say nothing about the more efficient anti-red specialists, such as Courier and Elemental Duelist, or even Maximum the Fighter. It is recommended to buy her as early as possible, as she alone can carry through the whole first, second and the early portion of the third chapter, but her use rapidly declines afterwards, quickly becoming outclassed by Dark Cat (whose + levels give him an edge) and Crazed Axe Cat, two units that are not very useful to begin with. Ninja Cat is extremely potent early on, having straight-up better stats than Axe Cat.
